The Barton Rooms restaurant opens on Friday and Saturday nights and features Irish Country House dining with a French influence. Head Chef Bertrand Malabat uses only fresh local produce availing of organic ingredients whenever possible.
Friday and Saturday evenings is open from 7:30pm until last sitting at 9:30pm and serves a Four Course dinner menu for €55 per person.
